If you ever feel like you want to waste 2.5 hours of your life this is the movie for you. If you ever see it at the video store don't even pick it up. Let me just sum it up for you..... Nicolas Cage goes to a remote island with crazy people on it, in order to try and save his long lost girlfriend. Well the whole time the crazy island people are plotting to put him into a burning wicker thing in order to get a better crop year. They pretty much accomplish the goal of getting him into the wicker cage and he dies a fiery death. That's pretty much the gist of the movie... Remember DO NOT RENT THIS MOVIE. DO NOT BUY THIS MOVIE. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME TALKING ABOUT THIS MOVIE. I've wasted my time for you. If you want a great movie get "V for Vendetta" or "District B13" or "Run Lola Run(foreign film)" now those are awesome. |
