The Chairman was watching the Oprah Show earlier this week. Nice show, nice lady. But lately, she is allowing the shameless marketing and consumerism of high-priced, redundant goods to the American People. On her show Oprah asks Robert Schienberg, an expert at Marchon Eyewear, what is a good pair of sunglasses? To which he replies... sunglasses should fit the mood and fashion trend... "you should mix up your eyewear just like you do with your hairstyle and your shoes". Oh Great... so now the Chairman needs several $250 shades to complement his $50 hairdo and $200 Nikes. The Average Household is currently negative, but the Chairman has to use stats from 2005 ( 40 cents for $100 take home pay in 2005. ). Based on average income, these sunglasses will probably cost you ONE FULL YEAR of savings. Get them now before the summer is over. Own them before they go out of style. If you still want to buy, here were some recommendations of the show and the suggested retail price. |
